Return Process

  Log into your account to locate your order history or use our online guest portal to request a return authorization and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely protected for transit.

  Drop Off or Ship

  Affix the shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location, or bring your items and receipt to your nearest Bouclair store.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
